Turning Data into Decisions

I'm Kazi Amzad Abid — a CSE graduate from BRAC University (CGPA 3.38) and a current MBA student, combining a strong technical foundation with a sharpening business edge. My work sits at the intersection of data, AI, and strategy.

As a certified Data Analytics professional (Ostad), I work with Power BI, SQL, DAX, and Python to transform messy, large-scale datasets into clear business insights and decision-ready dashboards. My projects span airline operations, HR analytics, and retail sales performance.

On the research side, I've contributed to AI/ML work focused on Instruction-Tuning LLMs and emotional cognition — including a novel framework (CAT-CoT) and a mixed-methods study on AI's impact on human cognitive capacity. I have hands-on experience in dataset annotation, literature reviews, and validation methodologies.

Professionally, my time as Executive in Client Experience at Doin Tech gave me the Business Analyst perspective — managing stakeholder expectations, translating user pain points into technical fixes, and working cross-functionally with developers.

Most recently, I joined BRAC Business School as a Research Assistant, contributing to a study on Tertiary Business Education in the AI Era — exploring how learners navigate Re-skilling, Up-skilling & Cross-skilling (RUX) transformations.
